I am sure that you old salts know all about the advantages of surrender. I am going to try to create a scenario, for some of the newer players to try and help them understand the benifits of surrender. Lets say the casino is running a special promo and three names are drawn. The deal is you get to play two hands, with the casino putting up $10 on each hand. You will get to play 13 hands. They will use one suit of cards A through K. You get to keep what you win. Your hands will always be 10-10 and 10-6. The house will always have 10-9. Player one never hits 10-6. At the end of 13 hands he wins nothing. Player two plays BS. He always hits his 10-6. Most of the time it loses. It does push, when he draws the 3 and wins twice, when he draws the 4 and the 5. He wins $50. Player three surrenders the 10-6 every hand. He loses $5, but wins $10 every hand. At the end of 13 hands he is up by $65.
P.S. Anyone wanting to know how to get $15 worth of BJ insurance for $2, will reply by e-mail. Its free, I am not selling it (it only works on certain games)
