This has been something I've been thinking about quite often recently. I know we should be surrendering 8s versus a 10 at a TC >= 0, but does that mean we should surrender 7s versus a 10 at a +3? Since we're treating it as 14 anyway? Also 8s versus 9 and Ace at +2, should we be surrendering? But in particular, I'm curious about the 7s versus the 10. I haven't surrendered 8s vs 9s and Aces yet but I have been surrendering 7s vs 10s at a +3. Thoughts ?
