Split 6,6 vs 7 on DD with DAS - AO2 playing index?
In Blackjack for Blood (BJFB), Bryce Carlson's Advanced Omega II (AO2) system says never split 6-6 vs 7 in a DD game with DAS, no matter what the count. Do other systems say the same thing?
If not, what index number do they publish for this situation? Using the AO2 count, what playing index really belongs in that box?
