Snapper, Paint, and George

When I first got into bj in the early '80's, there was a little book
published by GBC purportedly written by a bj dealer describing the game from a dealers pov. I don't remember the name of the book or author.

But, I remember he said dealer lingo for a bj was snapper, for a picture card was paint, and for a good tipper (or toker) was george.

In the intervening years, I have never once heard these terms, despite many hours logged at the tables.

Does anyone have any informed view if these terms are archaic or still used? Thanks in advance.
