sloppy dealer

Hi Guys
Without getting in too much detail about my situation. I am looking for a way to �train� myself to recognize the cards that are flashed by a sloppy dealer. I can see the card (or part) and recognize the color as the card is being dealt face down but it happens too fast for me to currently recognize the rank or suit of the card. Is there some literature I could get on this subject? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
