Single deck basic strategy

I know for a Las Vegas downtown game (1D, H17, DOA, noDAS), 8 vs 5,6 should be double down, and 10 vs 2-9 should also be double down. But how about (4,4) vs 5 and 6, and (5,5) vs 2-9, are these should be double down too?
