single deck

I have been playing blackjack for a while now but I have been playing only 6 and 8 deck shoes. The reason for this is that is all that is offered near me. I have been trying to save up enough money to head out to reno where there are single deck games which I belive would be more profitable. I already know bs, the HiLo count and proper bs deviations but I know them all for multi deck games. I was wondering if I could use the same bs and bs deviations for single deck or if I should learn a new bs and single deck index numbers. Would there really be that much of a difference if I use the stuff I already know. Im probablly not heading out to NV any time soon so I do have some time to learn.
