shall we tip the dealer?

Even on true Count +5, we only have 2% adv. if I bet 100, my expectation is 2 Dollars, if we have a GOOD SHOE, or Have a big spilt, double, (BJ) hand WIN. shall we tip the dealer?

on my homebase, shall I be Nice to the Dealer?
