Last night I was play double deck blackjack at my local indian casino. Often times when I feel like I'm not getting good hands or the dealer isn't busting, I'll play 2 hands. Never has this been a problem for anyone else playing at the table with me, but there was a lady and a gentleman who became very upset with me that I didnt announce to the table that I was going to play 2 hands. They were huffing and puffing about how rude that was. This all despite the fact I saw the lady do the same thing. What is the common courtesy concerning playing 2 hands? Am I a total asshole or were they out of line? Seems to me I shouldn't have to explain to anyone how or why I am betting a certain way.
