Standing 4 or 5 feet away, observing High Rollers playing Blackjack (Bellagio)and never said a word to anyone I was approached by 4 people of security who asked for my Identification and what hotel was I staying?
I presented them with my drivers license, didn't mention what hotel I was staying. Then I asked them what's the problem? They said they had received some complaints about me from the players playing Blackjack.
I mentioned to them I was on vacation, trying to learn the different casino games, and asked if I could observe another game in their casino. They said sure and didn't ask me any further questions.
I do vistit Vegas every other month for about 2 days per trip. Play at other casinos $25.00 hand tables and never received heat or been barred.
Never played in the Bellagio casino and the High Roller tables are located in the high traffic exposed area in their casino. Another security employee later told me that casino surviellance of the Bellagio view people of certain nationalities as undesireables in their casino.
What were my rights should I encounter this scenario again????
