San Diego Indian Casinos

Does anyone know if there is any difference between playing Blackjack on the Vegas strip or at the San Diego County Indian casinos? I only play basic strategy, so I don't care about shuffling, etc.

Also, which San Diego area casinos are the best for Blackjack?

Thanks!
