I had some questions about some reference material.
1. Cant's Blackjack Therapy, posted at BJ Review Network. (sorry I hope it is ok to mention another place). I had some trouble finding this posting. Does anyone know if it is still there?
2. Morse's Blackjack Reality. Is this still out of print? Is it worth it to acquire?
3. McGarvey's A+F BJ. Is this available somewhere? The site I found regarding this seemed sort of shady. Is it even worth it to acquire?
4. BJAP. Even given all the errors and critique, does this still have anything of value or anything unique?
Finally is there any other material that may inspire me in a new or creative way or perhaps something where I can combine or refine methods... Is Bishop's original series still in the Greenchip? I assume even without seperate sections that the Greenchip is more conducive to my particular interests?
(I have already looked at george c, snyder, goren, malmuth, BBIB, GTEAB, etc.)
