rates of change of strategy value

I have found some reports of how much difference there is in the value of the alternative ways to play the different combinations of dealer upcard and players hand at the top of different packs and under some different rules.

But I wonder how much difference there is in the value of the alternative ways to play the different combinations of dealer upcard and players hand at different counts. In other words: How fast does the desirability / undesirability of hitting, standing, splitting, and surrendering for the different hands change with change in pack composition.

If this info is available please tell me where to find it. I like hilo but if the info is available only for other systems, I could get benefit from studying it.
