Proper DD basic strategy for 3 or more card hard 16 vs. 10??

I've read that you should stand on hard 16 vs. 10 in multiple deck games (except 8-deck) if the 16 contains at least one 4 or 5, and that you should stand on hard 16 vs. 10 in single deck games when the 16 is comprised of any 3 or more cards. But what about double deck??
