Probability Question...

Maybe someone here can answer this for me:

What would be the odds of me starting with 40 units and winning 5 units, 10 units, 20 units, 30 units, and 40 units, with a bet range of 1 to 8 units, playing in a game with aproximately -0.5% EV? Can this even be calculated? If it can be, but is difficult, I am most interested in the 10 and 20 unit wins. What is the mathematical correct expectation for achieving these win goals?

This has nothing to do with progressions. I have always wanted to know how to figure this out for a player just playing perfect basic strategy, so the bet sequence would not really matter? If you need me to estimate an average bet / hand, my estimate would be 3.0 to 4.0 units.
