Probability of 6 identical cards in a row?

Can anyone tell me the statistical probability of being dealt 6 consecutive 8's? It just happened to me. Dealt a pair of 8's. Split them, and got 4 more 8's in a row, for a total of 6 split hands. (out of an 8 deck shoe). No one there had ever seen this happen before and I was wondering what the probability was of this happening? I'm guessing the odds are staggering.
