Planning my 1st Vegas Trip

So I am planing on going to Vegas for the 1st time. Intrested in any info anyones got. Places to stay things to do where to eat, places to avoid ect.

Looking at getting the most bang for my buck, also will be doing planing on beening wow'd by the hotels and other touriest things. Any good used book stores worth checking out?
