Pen vs. Speed

All things being equal which do y'all find more important penetration or speed. To get the discussion going, assume 6d, S17, RSA, no surrender.

Given two other players at the table, would you prefer to play a dealer who is dealing 100 hands per hour at 1.5 pen, or a dealer dealing 60 hands per hour with 1.0 pen.

Any thoughts?
