Pair of 4's
When playing 1-deck Blackjack, H17 (no double after splitting) and the True Count is plus 10, and you are dealt two 4's with the dealer showing a 6. With that situation, is it better to go ahead and split the 4's or double down on the total of 8? Thanks to all for your information.
