Online BJ and Subject Archives

Could someone please fill me in on the possiblities of counting at online casinos?
Can one just ask them how their software works, and is one likely to get an honest response? Is there any regulatory body currently governing them - I assume in their country of origin?

Apologies if this has been dealt with before - I had a quick look around your site, which is excellent. Perhaps it would be possible to archive threads on similar broad topics to save repetition. Should I sign up as a green/black chip member?

Many Thanks.
