Here is the link for RealPlayer:

http://www.npr.org/atc3.smil - Then go to "Segment 17" to hear the 10 minute piece. It's an interview with the author of "Bringing Down the House" - about the MIT Blackjack Team.

Or, go to http://www.npr.org/, and click the link for All Things Considered (on the left).

They implemented a 5-7 player team technique, with a counter flat betting at
each of 5-6 tables, and a gorilla big player going to the high count tables
playing very big $ - up to $10k/hand. This technique had previously been
used by other teams (see, e.g., Million Dollar Blackjack by Uston), but the
MIT team seems to have had unusually large financial backing/bankroll.
