no doubling on soft hands

Ceasar Indiana has changed the rules on double deck games to prohibit doubling on soft hands. doubling is only allowed onhard 9, 10, 11. How much of a disadvantage is this. would I be better of to play the six deck skoe games that allow doublin on soft hands
