Need win-rate for H17 D10 double-deck

Hi all,

After reading Don's book and using his "greatest blackjack simulation"
chapter to size up games, I was dismayed to see that it omitted an
analysis of D10 double deck games that are becoming pretty pervasive these days. Can anyone out there help me with the unit win/100 for
this game for these pen. levels using Don's baseline assumptions? (eg: hi-lo, I18, etc.)
