More Decks = > House Edge for non-counters?

I'm sure this questions has been asked before, so I apologize in advance for the repeat!

Can somebody tell me why a 1 or 2 deck game has a lower house edge than a 4 or 6 deck shoe for the basic strategy player (ie non-counter)?
