Match Dealer

Match Dealer is player's first 2 card match dealer's UP card.

match 1 card is 4 to 1. same suited match is 10 to 1.
2 card match is 8 to 1, 2 same sutied match paid 24 to 1.

Since we know Card Counting can tell us when to buy Insurace. I think we can use it for Match dealer. For example True count over 4 or -4.

but I dont know how to figure out it! so, i wish somebody can tell me the answer. then we can play big for match dealer even the Negative count!!
