LV Paris Casino's new stiffing policy?

Is it LV Paris Casino's new policy to stiff its high rollers? Does anyone else get stiffed by Paris of his promised comps? Paris stiffed a player ["Jack"] in the amount of $3G recently in room, food, air fare charges. Jack played & lost $20g. Quoting "management's decision", Paris refused to honor its previous written promise of comping Jack "everything except sex". Jack hired a lawyer to sue Paris for the sake of principle, and for discrediting & ruinning Paris' reputation. Good luck "Jack".
