Lucky Ladys??

I noticed 2 different casinos in LV now have a side bet called Lucky Ladys. I forget the exact rules, but it pays 4:1 for any first 2 cards that equal 20, and then goes up with a pair of Qs being the top payout of 125:1 and 1000:1 if the dealer pulls a BJ on the same hand.

I usually don't go in for side bets as they just cost me money, but this seems like a bet that would be much more likely to hit as the TC goes up?? Has anyone done the math on this one?
