just received the Nov issue of CBJN for an upcoming FREE trip to Reno (where this poor Florida boy will probably freeze to death ) Question is ,have the rules in my beloved Biloxi really gone that far downhill or are some of those H17's mistakes ? Haven't been there this year since the BR pulled the free airfare for myself and many others .
