KO Rounded Strategy Matrix

I have a question regarding KO's rounded strategy matrix and unbalanced counts. Is it possible to use KO's rounded strategy matrix with other unbalanced counts with the same pivot point? For example, both the unbalanced zen and the uston ss counts have pivot points of 4, which is KO's pivot point.
