KO/REKO TC conversion

Greetings to all...my question is about a true-counted version of KO. In Modern Blackjack, Norm mentions this briefly and states that it is powerful. Do you convert it in the same manner as a balanced count, and would you still use the same IRC's? Also, what is the impact then on the BC(.98), PE(.55), and IC(.78)? Any help, opinion, or advice is greatly appreciated.
