KO full matrix for 6deck game,all the available indices

Hi!
I have seen that in the book Knockout Blackjack(page 65 and page 164) there are different numbers for the matrix of 6 deck game(count starts at -20).I would like to get the exact correct indices,all of them.Any help would be apreciated,thanks in advance and best regards.
