Is advantage lost

If it takes a true count of +1 to get even odds and 0.5% advantage for every TC +1 a TC +4 gives approx 1.5% advantage.TC+4 probably being the average of a very good shoe.
Can anyone tell me what happens to that 1.5% advantage if for instance three more 10's are cut off than 2's,is the advantage reduced or even wiped out, if not with three 10's then how many.
