Info on this man.....................

I have recently aquired a theory paper supposedly written by a Doug Grant.The author seems to be so knowledgable on the game of blackjack I am surprised I have never heard of him on these pages either green or red chip. Neither have I seen any books written by him. I wonder if anyone knows of this guy and if, in fact he is experienced as he appears. The reason I ask is that the information I have in the paper I have never seen presented before. Appreciate any information.Regards to all. BB.
