I have a tiger by the tail, what should I do?

I have $14,000 of my own money, but if I continue to experiment, I'll probably go broke. I'd rather experiment with someone else's money and share the benefit with them. Is there financing available for a concept I have, that may have far reaching effects. Naturally, it would have to sound plausable to whoever may be interested.

I hope I'm not breaking any rules with this post. If I am, I'll understand why it was busted.
