House Edge questions

1) When you see House Edge listed in CBJN, is this a % of "Original Amount bet" for Basic Strategy flat-bettor? 100 hands per hour - $10 per hand = $1000 Risk per hour. If HE is .40%, expectation would be -$4.00 per hour.

2) For flat-bettor (1.0 units per hand), is 1.20 Units a reasonable estimate for avg units risked in a 6dk, DAS game? So, allowing for splits and doubles, would Risk be around $1200? Obviously, the 1.2 would be less in game w/ no DAS and D10.

3) Pursuant to items 1 and 2, would true expectations be (per hour) $1200 Risked and -$4.80 Expected return?

Thanks for any responses!
