Hi-Opt I index numbers

Does anyone out there know where I can get ALL the index numbers for the Hi-Opt I system (cheaper the better) out there on the web? Also which numbers are more accurate, the ones in "The World's Greatest Blackjack Book" or the ones at the end of "Vegas Blackjack Diary"? I've noticed a few differences.
