Hi-Lo Lite

Wanted to know if anyone knows the counting values and playing and betting efficiencies for Snyder's Hi-Lo Lite as explained in his Blackbelt in Blackjack. Haven't succeeded in getting ahold of a copy, therefore this question. Thanks.
