Help! Where shld $5 better play?

My wife has surprised me with a weekend at the Rio for Father's Day. I'm only a red chip player, but I usually turn a slight profit each trip since I count cards (Uston Advanced Plus-Minus). Where's the best place for me? Any info re: pen, cocktail service, heat, comps appreciated. Thanks
