For the last 2 months i have encountered problems with about 80% of the casinos i have played with.Granted i have played about 140 casinos last year,but last year I had a bit of hassle but nothing too bad.
I have had winnings stolen at 2 casinos,ok they were RTGs.Vegas towers gave me a load of hassle,they sent me a promo i deposited but then they said they never sent me the promo so i had to email it to them,i eventually got the bonus.I lost the bonus money and cashed in the deposit but they sent it by check even though i deposited by neteller.
I am still waiting for money from 2 playtechs,first time i cashed in they reversed it saying i had to send proof of id,address,authorisation.I did this and then they said the cash in would be put on queue for 9 busisness days before being processed,i have not seen the money yet.
I just cashed in winnings from sterling house casino but see from WOL that they are dodgy on paying out.
I deposited 100 at english harbour and did not receive a bonus or an explanation.
With wagering requirements going thru the roof and casinos that once seemed reputable giving people the runaround I am getting really sick of this crap.
Can someone reassure me that it will get better?It used to be so easy,is this cash cow being slaughtered?
