Getting barred question

Here is a question for any and all.

Whether a person is counting and betting in relation to the count or simply just betting randomly but in both cases the person has huge betting swings, would that person get barred.

I do not see why a casino would throw someone out if they were not counting and fluctuating their bet from $5 - $250.

Any responses or knowledge would be nice.
