What is the gain versus house edge that using the I18 gets a player?
For example, if you're flat betting a 2D, H17, DAS, NS game with a .40% house edge assuming basic strategy, what does using the I18 bring that down to?
Apologies if this is in the complete guide to index play, but all I'm seeing in my copy is the percentage of total available gain of various index plays, not what the total percentage gain is from index play as a whole.
