Floor Supervisory Manual Excerpts 2??

Back in July 1998 Frank B won "Post Of The Month" for posting excerpts from the Casino Floor Supervisory Manual. He mentioned that he would post part 2 of the manual in a week. He also mentioned that he would post excerpts from an in-house manual from the Surveillance Department. I cant seem to find them anywhere.

Anyone know where I can find these additional posts? If you have them on disk, will you please email them to me?

Thanks...
