Flat betting single deck game

I have run a sim on single deck blackjack to see the effect that the sweet 16 have. In doing so, I came to the conclusion that the single deck game that I am playing is a winning game flat betting using hilo and the sweet 16.

The rules are DD 10 and 11 only, BJ pays 3-2, normal insurance, no DAS, Split 4 hands, Aces split get 1 card. and everything else is normal.

Here are the results using 250 Million hands. Please let me know your thougts. I have one person saying it is impossible. If so, how? Is CVData useless? Or is my assumptions correct?
