Exact disadvantage

Hi!
A friend of mine asked about the exact disadvantage(in percentage)playing only perfect basic strategy for these conditions:6D,S17,DAS,DA2,ES10,ENHC rule.Can someone tell me the exact disadvantage,I guess it must be around - 0.30%,but I want to be able to tell with precision.
