EV for 2:1 Suited BJ , 2:1 (6-7-8) and 2:1 (7-7-7)

Would any of our math people help me evaluate the added EV for these 2 rules on a 6 deck game:

Winning Suited BJ pays 2:1
Winning 6-7-8 or 7-7-7 (mixed or same suits) pays 2:1
