Downtown LV Hotels

I am planning a trip to Las Vegas and am getting roughly the same rates for Lady Luck, 4 Queens and Fitzgeralds. Are any of these alot better than the others? Also, is there a significant difference between the best of these and the Horseshoe or the Plaza ($10-$15 more)?

I am also considering the Days Inn - Downtown. Has anyone stayed there?
