Dover Downs Blackjack

Dover Downs has a new video backjack game. There are about 3 or 4 dealers at different times you can see on the screen. There are about 6 spots per table. I believe there are 6 decks. The dealers do not talk to you but at you. My question is how can you tell when they shuffle so that I can keep count? I imagine after each dealer there is a shuffle. If not, is there a betting strategy?
