Double Deck Rules

There is a Double Deck game that just opened up at my local casino.

The pen is about 66-75%

Rules are dealer hits soft 17, double on 10 and 11 only. split Aces and 8's only. no double after split.

The table limit is $5-$100.

Is this game worth sitting in on? The rules are very limited to me but the pen seems good.

They also offer a side bet bonus. You put $1 and if you get suited blackjack you get $25, identical face cards, $50, and suited aces $100.

Is this game worth sitting in on? I need some help from someone with more expiriance than i have.
