Doghand, I'll take you up on your offer

Doghand, a few weeks ago you offered to run a sim for me if I provided you some game details. I recently bought Blackjack Attack (Don, thanks for an amazing product) and would like to know my ev/hand and sd for the purpose of using the bankroll/betting charts. I use KO preferred and play DD 66% pen, 4D and 6D 75% pen. All are DOA, DAS, H17 with no surrender. Usually 3 players including me. DD I spread 1-5, 4D 1-8 and 6D 1-10. Figure 100 hands per hour. Is there anything else you need to help me?
