Does this software simulator exist?

Hi everybody, I was wondering if there was any software out there that would enable me to play a blackjack simulation in which I could do the following:

1. use the K-O system
2. specify the level of penetration
3. specify number of decks
4. bet various units and have your bankroll kept track of
5. have it so the cards played are dependent events (i.e. no random number generation)
6. have it so made-up players controlled by the computer can play along with you at the table

Does any simulation software exist that satisfies these needs? Thanks for any help!
